| Most flats and houses are situated
in North London Zone 2 & 3,12 minutes from the heart of
London the main ones are around Arsenal area (near the famous
Arsenal Stadium. A map of the area will be provided on arrival.
You will be picked up by one of our drivers from Arsenal tube
station station. If you arrive early in the morning
and your room is not ready yet (because the tenants haven't
checked out), you can leave your luggage, go into central
London to do some sightseeing and come back a bit later.
From Stansted Airport :The Stansted Skytrain runs every
30 minutes and has a journey time of 41 minutes to the city
of London (Liverpool Street Station).
This unique service also stops after 30 minutes at Tottenham
Hale which links with London's Underground for the West End.
The first train departs from London Liverpool Street at 0500
hours Monday - Saturday and 0700 hours on Sundays and the last
train departs at 2300 hours. From London Stansted the first
service begins at 0600 hours Monday - Saturday and 0800 hours
on Sundays and the final train departs at 2359. Several Skytrains
call at Bishop’s Stortford which connects London Stansted to
Cambridge for links to the North, Midlands and North West From
Liverpool Street take the central line to Kings Cross
and from there take the Piccadilly line north up to Arsenal
station.
From Heathrow:
take the Piccadilly line, you can't go wrong , it goes only
one way and that is central, it will take about one hour to
get to Arsenal Station, depending on the time of the day it
may take up to 15 minutes more. No need to change trains.
Heathrow is served by the Piccadilly Line of the London Underground.
There is one station for Terminals 1,2 and 3 which is accessed
from the terminal buildings via the pedestrian subway system,
and a separate one for Terminal 4 which is accessed directly
from within the building.
An average journey to central London takes approximately
50-60 minutes. Trains run every five minutes at peak times
and every nine minutes at off-peak times and at weekends.
The first train to London leaves Heathrow Terminal 4 at 0508
(0558 on Sundays) and the last a 2349 (2257 on Sundays). The
first train from central London arrives at Terminal 4 at 0600
(0747 Sundays) and the last at 0107 (0008 Sundays). It takes
a further five minutes to reach the Terminals 1,2 and 3 station.
As these times are subject to change it is advisable to check
with London Transport before travelling. During the night,
the N97 night bus connects Heathrow with central London every
30 minutes.
From Gatwick Airport
GATWICK EXPRESS
. Every 15 minutes
during the day, 30 minutes early morning and late evening,
half hourly at night.
Journey time: 30 minutes non-stop.
From Gatwick to Victoria Station and from Victoria Station
take the Victoria line North up to Finsbury Park and change
for one more station to Arsenal on the Piccadilly line going
North, the 2 platforms are next to each other, no need
to take a lift or stairs.
From Gatwick to Kings Cross by Train and from kings Cross
to Arsenal by Piccadilly line
From Luton Airport:
Hop on a shuttle bus outside the airport terminal to the
rail station. Take a westbound Thameslink train (runs every
15 minutes) to King's Cross station (30 minutes). Get on the
Piccadilly Line and go north to Arsenal. |
