Note: The facilities below apply for the flat share studios,
flats, apartments, business rooms, services apartments only,
they do not apply for the hotels and Bed & Breakfast listed
on the Home pages as they have different facilities.
1.All the rooms have a telephone. To receive
calls is free and you can make cheap outgoing calls by using prepaid
phone cards that can be purchased from the management. You
can also hook up your computer to the internet using the phone line
in your room using an AOL CD Rom supplied by us.
2. Fax Service: free to receive and small charge to send.
3. E-Mail ( Free 2 hours every week).
4. Own Security Keys and No Curfews ( come and go as you wish).
5. Furnished, clean room which is newly decorated.
6. Reference letters for jobs and banks (Free).
7. Notice boards for jobs and help with C.V/ Resume.
8. Clean bed sheets and blankets.
9. Television plus TV insurance.( Most rooms have Cable/Sky TV).
10. 24 Hour hot showers.
11. Central Heating (6pm-11:30pm & 5am-10am).
12. Use of kitchen (24 hours).
13. Laundry (£6) & dry cleaning service (Price on depends on
the garment).
14. Bills included in price: Electricity, Central Heating, Gas,
Council Tax, water.

Not only this, but we will also pick you up from Arsenal
station by car, so you don't have to worry about lifting and carrying
your luggage, (seven days a week). Check-in time is 11 pm. It is
very important to call us when you arrive to the Airport, as that
will give us an estimate of the time we expect your call when you
reach Arsenal. If you are arriving very early by plane, forget
about the long flight, sore body and go and relax with a hot coffee/tee
in one of the many coffee shops at the airport.

The prices listed above are used

Concerning per night stay, (if you leave
it to the last minute, you can call us from the Airport between
9am and 9pm. If we have a vacancy, we would be more than
happy to help out, if not we will recommend another place to
stay). Just keep our contact details handy. |
PLEASE NOTE: Rent does not include: outgoing phone
calls, laundry and food. Children (under the age of 16) facilities
are only available at the hotels listed on the home page.
