Kensington Court*** If the arrival date is in the next 28 days, the 90% of the amount has to be paid to the Kensington Court Apartments the day the booking is made. *** If the arrival will occur later than 28 days, 25% has to be paid to the Kensington Court Apartments the day the booking is made, and the rest 28 days before arrival. As all studios and apartments have very well equipped kitchens we do not provide breakfast. However, we can arrange to have a breakfast pack put into your apartment for a small supplementary charge should you wish.
