At the moment we are taking both short and long term bookings. Payment will be required on arrival. Below please find the details of long term rentals (they are not applied to short term bookings) * Rent is fixed according to the room size, not the number of guests. There are 3 types ; GBP220/250/280 * What do we provide: - a set of linen and towels - a hob and pans. We do not provide cleaning services Electricity bills are not included in our price and will be charged separately. All other facilities in the room are the same as short term rentals, but we do not offer iron/hairdryer which are available for short term rentals. Electricity charges are per meter reading as before Cleaning is at 10GBP per week (pro rata at GBP1.5 per day) Extra nights on a weekly basis will be charged at the daily rate. Weekly cleaning will be charged pro-rata at 1.43 GBP per day. All weekly basis bookings will be liable to pay a non-refundable booking deposit of 50 GBP upon confirmation. This deposit will be deducted from the balance on arrival. Single: Max occupancy - 1 person (inc. children/babies) Double/Twin: Max occupancy - 2 persons (inc. children/babies) Triple: consist of one single and one queen-size double bed and are usually suited for families. Extra Guests/Persons policy: Extra persons can be accommodated at a charge of £10 per person per night as long as: the total number of guests does not exceed the studios maximum number of occupants and all extra persons must register at the front desk before gaining access to the premises. London House offers a selection of newly refurbished furnished studio apartments, fully equipped with en-suite facilities and an open-plan kitchenette (cooking facilities do NOT include a hob or an oven), that are designed to comfortably accommodate up to three persons. We offer newly refurbished studios in Bayswater, central London. London House now provides high-speed internet access in all of its studios. With the aim of answering the need of many customers, we installed 4Mb/sec (contended) internet connection that will provide quality service for both professionals and holidaymakers staying at London House. This will be available to all guests at excellent value, only £2 per day or £10 per week. A Personal Laptop is required. For groupbooking: We charge a non-refundable 30% of the booking value once the booking is confirmed. Any cancellation made less than a month in advance will bear a total of 50% cancellation fee
